"Yes, room was very clean;staff were incrediby helpful; the bar can use more wine varieties; breakfast was available - chocolate croissants were always fresh and amazing. I can't wait until the pool is finished. Decor is beautiful and we enjoyed having chats in the various seating areas. A real gem in Harlem surrounded by a variety of wonderful cuisines. "

"Rooms are new, large, and spotless. Quality linens. Helpful friendly professional staff. Hotel is historic property on 149th street smack in the middle of retail commercial. Highly ethnic neighborhood. Great street food. Easy Uber pickups. My only negative is that there was no coffee in the rooms. But there was 24 hour coffee and fruit on the second floor."

"The food menu was limited, but the food that they had was excellent. Sometimes you just want a sandwich. The room was small compared to other hotels i have visited. I asked if they could make a sandwich one day to room service and they did not go above and beyond."

"Everything was great, and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were friendly, smiling, and caring — I almost felt like I was at home. The location is excellent, in a really good area. The sleeping capsules were comfortable as well. The only small downside was that inside the capsule area near the doors, there was some trash left behind. Other than that, I can definitely recommend this place. Price, quality, and location — 10/10. Thank you for the hospitality!"

"Definitely not a long stay hotel, no closet or area to hang clothes. Very small refrigerator and had to go to the lower level to use microwave since there wasn’t one in the room. The bed was very comfortable and was pleased with the hot water and water pressure."

"Hébergement idéalement situé, à deux pas de Central Park North, à 20mn de métro de Times Square. Communication cordiale par mail avec l’hôtel avant notre arrivée. Hébergement propre à notre arrivée et sanitaires communs nettoyés tous les jours. Malheureusement il faut composer avec l’incivilité des gens qui laissent les sanitaires dans un état déplorable après leur passage et n’éteignent pas les lumières en sortant. Je pense qu’ils ne font pas ça chez eux. L’immeuble étant ancien forcément pas...

"Its obvious they are using the hotel as a shelter. For a one night stay it was average. The quality did not warrant the 200 plus for one night. The staff was friendly by there was no toliet paper in the bathroom. "

"The room was clean but the balcony was disgusting, seeing dirty diapers along with many cigarettes out the window is crazy. For the price I was excepting it to much cleaner."

Hosts entered my locked room when I was gone and moved my belongings to a room without a lock. Then accused me of stealing their key when I left it in the lockbox I originally took it from upon arrival. "
