"Room was spotless, super clean. Problem I had was the balcony door did not close (due to the windy/cold weather) which was a bummer. I got my room exchanged within the hour when I requested. The front desk is super nice. The only flaw, sure the digital keys were nice but I like physical keys more. "

"Carlos went above and beyond for me! So I left my phone in a Lyft.. didnt notice until I walked in the hotel. Carlos was the night desk clerk. I told him what happened and he suggeated that I call my phone.. well my phone was dead. I called it anyways hoping that the driver would turn it on. "We LOVED our stay at FIDI NYC! The front desk workers were all professional, nice and very helpful! The hotel rooms and all areas were very clean! The hotel provided a warm, elegant atmosphere (during happy hour) to meet and connect with other guests while enjoying cheese, crackers and wine; (or you could just enjoy that time with your family &/friends)! "This is exactly as advertised, small, but very functional and clean rooms. I had a full pod with shower and toilet, and it was perfect. Not one item too much in the room and not one item too little. The staff was very kind and courteous, airport Transportation was convenient with a limo driven by a very pleasant lady. I had to cut my trip short due to a family emergency, but will be returning next week to complete what I had to do in New York. I definitely would recommend this place to anybody...
