"You get what you pay for. The rooms were ok and the bed was comfortable. Secured at night. The front lobby entrance is old and tired looking and while you get that initial smell of "aged" when you enter the front door, it did not carry forward to the rooms. Breakfast was pretty much "make your own waffles" every day. We were looking for a cheap hotel in the area and so it did not dissappont."

First the worker told me that there was nothing he could do about it since it was purchased through a third party and I needed to contact Expedia. "If you're booking a special room through a third-party platform, be sure! Definitely call the hotel staff.Since I was traveling with my baby, I booked a large bed accessible room a month in advance. We got there a bit late that night and the front desk didn't tell us anything and just assigned us a regular room. Because the smoke alarm went off that night, everyone had to go outside and wait. When it was over, I asked about my room type and whether I could get a different room the next day....
