"The pictures in this listing completely misrepresented the neighborhood. We only spent about an hour in the VRBO but didn't feel safe there for several reasons. First of all, the room wasn't secure because it was opened up to the neighborhood through the upper floor that let out to the fire escape. Second of all there were large groups of people in the streets having block parties that made us feel like our rental car wasn't safe from vandalism or burglary. "I highly recommend this cozy location. The owner was very nice and the apartment had everything you need for two people. You can walk into Warwick for any meal, a little shopping, and close drive to other nice locations along with hiking, running, and seeing the highlights of Orange County. I would stay again and plan to do that in the future."
