Everything was pretty good until the guests in Unit 3 came in from wherever they had been. 3:45am someone was banging on my unit’s door trying to open it and all of the doors in the unit. "Not far from Hudson River park for pets, short distance to subway. Easy access to/from Lincoln tunnel. Much of midtown was walkable, everything that wasn’t was easy to get to from subway. Nice bathroom, legit kitchen, everything easily accessible by the guest."

Appreciated late check out for a small fee but frustrating that our key card was not extended and the cleaners kept knocking and were not notified. "The room was clean. The host for the most part was amazing with communication. The only thing I have to say is that we asked for the rollaway around noon time and I had to follow up when we got back to the room at 8:30 p.m. because it hadn't been delivered. But they were very prompt once I contacted them and we had it within a half an hour. Also the host was amazing and let us in our room when we got there at noon time rather than making us wait until 4:00 p.m.!"

The bad: extraordinarily poor value with subpar basic amenities (threadbare towels and sheets, no hand towel for bathroom, no dish towel for the kitchen, worn out and uncomfortable couch, stopped up tub/shower drain).
