"When checked in the room we originally booked, we noticed it did not have AC working, but when we notified the front desk they upgraded and changed our room to one with AC. Could not ask for more attentive staff or a better result in +30 degrees weather in London. Would stay here again! Fantastic location and hotel restaurant excellent!"

"Great great location, clean, friendly staff; the air conditioning saved us in hot weather in July. We were minutes away from a lot of tourist attractions and we were able to easily commute to distant locations via tube. Having a mini kitchen was also great so we could grocery shop in Sainsburys (next to the building) and cook in our kitchenette. Made our London experience very enjoyable."

"The only positive thing about this hotel is its location, conveniently located close to subway stations and just a short walk away from the Tower of London. The rooms are extremely small; even the sink is outside of the bathroom! The bed is surrounded by walls and the window on three sides! So if you’re two people, one has to climb to their side of the bed! Our room wasn’t very clean. Multiple stains on the bed headboard, water stain on the ceiling and under the sink. There were other...
