"My husband and I loved our stay here. Upon arrival, we had an issue with the lock pad to our room, they immediately tried fixing the issue and when they couldn’t, they upgraded us to a balcony room. Hotel is extremely clean and well kept. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Hotel is walkable to everything in the French quarter but far enough away that it’s quiet and perfect place to get some R&R. My husband and I will definitely be booking again for our next trip. "

"I stayed at the Riverfront Hotel for 2 nights two weeks before Christmas. Staff was courteous and helpful. My room was on the 5th floor that's clean and quiet, probably because there were not many people in the hotel. I could hear someone next door taking shower in the morning though. I requested in advance a microwave in my room, which is very convenient. There's free bottled water everyday, but they are not supplied in the room. You need to request at the front desk. "We stayed her pre cruise and it was a great location w/ clean rooms. I loved that they had dedicated valet (for $50) which was super nice in New Orleans. This hotel also felt super safe w/ key access."
