"Our stay started on a disappointing note when we found a beetle and what appeared to be a bed bug in our room immediately after check-in. We reported it to the manager, but before even inspecting the room, we were told that no other rooms were available. The only solution offered was to change the bed sheets, which took about an hour.
Unfortunately, the experience got worse at check-out. The valet service lost my car key, and the hotel front desk refused to take any responsibility, instead...

But I just want to particularly mention about the receptionist who checked me in, the girl with the highlighted hair, I feel like her attitude needs to be a lot more professional, and customer centric. Maintaining eye contact and a friendly personality should be a 101 as long as the reception area is concerned. Otherwise very good experience."

"It turned out better than I expected it was going to. The neighborhood is completely unappealing except that it was close to JFK and very close to our family. There are no amenities to speak of. There is no lobby, just a closet in a hallway that has been converted to a manager’s booth, where he is completely locked in and transacts through bullet-proof glass. The room, however, was small but perfectly clean and recently renovated. There is no lamp, no fridge, etc., but it was comfortable...

"Homeless enters easily to the hotel and try to open the rooms (the rooms are so near from the reception) thus screams and fights can be heard.
They never cleaned the room even we requested 4 times (we stayed aprox 8 nights) so you can imagine the quantity of accumulated garbage, the usage of just one toilet, 1 paper toilet, 1 mini shampoo and conditioner for all the stay.
The water for taking a shower was cold.
The access card needs to be renewed everyday so you got to make a line and wait in...
