I was really hoping for a better stay, but unfortunately, there were several issues that made the experience frustrating.
First, the TV in the room didn’t work at all, which was disappointing after a long day of travel. When I brought it up to the front desk, no real solution was offered.
Second, the hotel oversold their parking. We were told to park on the street—with the warning that we might get towed. That’s not an acceptable alternative when guests are paying to stay on the property and expect safe parking.
Lastly, we asked for a cot, only to be told they don’t have any. For families or groups needing an extra bed, that’s definitely something to be aware of.
The staff was polite, but overall, the lack of basic amenities and preparation made the stay feel like an afterthought. I wouldn’t stay here again unless these issues are addressed.
