"A fantastic hotel, would definitely return"

"Modern hotel, good location. Room itself was good, however the location was poor (room 229). No sun at any time of day on the balcony. Right above the children’s play area at the restaurant so v noisy from early morning. Also next to the entertainment area, but back of stage so couldn’t actually see, but could hear! Entertainment stops at 10pm so not too bad. We didn’t move rooms as had already unpacked. We did pre-request a quiet location with a view - we got neither. This hotel is great if...

"Hôtel très agréable, très bonne restauration (buffets très variés et de bonne qualité), ambiance tranquille un peu à l’écart du centre, tout en étant proche de tout. Seul petit bémol pour le service de chambre, les produits ne sont pas remplacés lorsqu’ils sont vides et le ménage laisse parfois à désirer. Tout rentre dans l’ordre dès le 1er appel à la réception mais cela fait défaut pour un 5*."

The bed was perfect firmness for me and a little too firm for my wife. When we discussed it with the staff, they brought a mattress toper for her side so she was happy and I was happy.
