"We loved the Bay Club and will definitely stay there again. The property is lovely, and our room had a fabulous view of the marina. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Most important, however, is the staff. Every person we encountered was wonderful. The server in the restaurant was Miriam, and she was lovely every time we saw her. The maintenance staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was quiet, and perfect size, perfect location. "

"There is 5% fee associated when you eat out to make up for wage increases. That’s not really fair- especially with what they charge for rooms and food/beverages. Beds were okay. Service was slow in the firefly but food was good when it got to us. The bartender was great ( shaved head gentleman) and quick. Beware of park view rooms. The park is very busy/active with people outside your door till late in the night. Paid extra for park view- will skip that next time and pay for Bayview. Also-...

"We had the best sleep! Their black out curtains really made the difference. And not to mention the room was supplied with amazing shampoo/conditioner and body wash. Nothing cheap either they had Dove. Definitely will be coming back ☺️"
