"La espera al check in no es aceptable ...mas de media hora. Las cortinas del cuarto rotas y el AC goteando. Este hotel requiere inversion de urgencia. Su localizacion en los muelles de la ciudad excelente !"

Hotel del Coronado, Curio Collection by Hilton
"We are staying here now and the location and facilities are beautiful but the service is below motel 6. We started with a cold greeting and no personality at check in then we were sitting in our room the next day with a do not disturb sign on and a family walked in and thought it was their room. ..."

Hard Rock Hotel San Diego
"Booked 18 year-old daughter a room for SDSU orientation. When she arrived, she was told you must be 25 to rent room. Reservation was for two nights. I understand possibly charging me for one night, but they said no refunds for either night and kept my $750. Stay there many times before we'll never ..."
