"Nice place"

"I was very disappointed with my stay at Little Italy Hotel in downtown San Diego. The room was not clean—the floors were dirty, there was an unpleasant odor, and the overall condition of the room did not meet basic cleanliness standards. The room also lacked several basic amenities. There was no coffee maker and no telephone to contact the front desk if assistance was needed. Overall, the hotel did not provide the level of comfort or cleanliness I expected. I hope management addresses these...

"The staff from parking attendants to the front desk associates to housekeeping and breakfast people all were 5 star first cabin. I paid $500 for 1 night ( July 4th) and the room was smaller than an average master bedroom . Everything crammed together in 1 room. Then the total lets gouge our patrons was at checkout with them charging $70 for less then 24 hours parking."

"Staying at the Hilton was very disappointing. When people are on vacation, they wanna sleep in and the free breakfast and too early with the restaurant being closed for renovation. There was not a lot of options on the property. I use the gym. All three of the treadmill machines were not working properly paying $60 a night for parking was ridiculous. "Boutique, clean and cozy; I would've had a 5 star experience but unfortunately ran into an instance where the code for my room didn't work. Little hiccups happen I wouldn't have made much of it if it were just quickly resolved, but due to the incompetence of one employee, we were stuck sitting on the floor outside of the room over 15 minutes on hold wsitinf for him to help until I gave up. "Easy check in and nice room"

"First trip to San Diego. Always nervous to choose where to stay for location. The staff was great. Really appreciated some extra help once we got there. The Expedia description had a few errors but the staff helped us get what we were expecting + more. They worked with us to make our whole party happy. Loved the location and that parking was easy and if we wanted we could walk to several things OR easy to get car in and out and get to places we wanted to visit. (would love if it didn't cost...
