"Hotel looks great. Lobby is beautifully decorated and welcoming. Room amenities like a Dyson hair dryer in a leather box are lovely but money would have been better spent on double glazed windows on the street side. The noise level was HIGH making the balcony unusable. We requested to change rooms to the backside (no balconies.) Tried to use electric bikes to kill time for the change but the batteries were not charged. Room change request was met w continued resistance. 530am call to mgr was ...
