"Wonderful hotel, grounds and amenities! Would definitely come back here. Food and drinks are a bit expensive but there is plenty in the area if you would want to go elsewhere. Ocean water here is cold, not really meant for swimming but the beach and sun are perfect temperatures! Room was comfortable... great beds and showers. Daily housekeeping. My only complaint was when they assigned us the room, they mentioned it was by an ice machine (which it was, but in it's own room... we did not hear it...

"We flew an out-of-town staff member up for our 2026 planning event. We wanted some place that was safe, convenient, a lovely setting to go walking and this fit the bill without breaking the bank. The staff were great and it was just a wonderful experience. We will do this again!"

"The location for Crown City Inn, is very convenient to things to do in Coronado and it is easy to get to downtown San Diego via the water taxi. The onsite Bistro is wonderful as well. "

"Incredibly beautiful hotel, great staff and amazing drinks at the bar! We used our complimentary drink ticket and it was a beautiful space, and then headed upstairs on the rooftop for the awesome view and it was super comfortable. "
