"The property was in a good location with multiple train and bus options nearby. It was a nice enough room with a reasonable amount of space, but this was expected given the cost of the accomodation. The downsides were that the bed was hard and uncomfortable and the pillow were extremely uncomfortable. The air-conditioner in the room was extremely noisy too and disrupted sleep, as did the amount of noise coming from the room above. Towels were changed daily but room was only cleaned "fully" every...

"The hotel location was safe and walkable. I would recommend providing larger trash bags for guest. Only 1 mini trash can was found in the bathroom. I understand that Japan has policies on disposing trash/recycling. I think having a larger trash can maybe on each floor or in the lobby may have been more helpful. Overall, it was a nice stay!"

"This was by far the best choice I believe by far. This was my first time visiting Japan with my family including a toddler. The place was very clean, spacious and kid friendly. It was in a quiet neighborhood away from crowds of people. The staff was helpful with directing where to buy necessities and it was walking distance to convenient stores and the train station. Next time I visit I will be staying here again."

"One night only - the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The standard room… maybe because it was a corner room - had an a/c unit that kept the bed area somewhat cool - but the unit was noisy and maybe not completely effective. The entry area was much warmer and the bathroom stayed humid… not sure if the fan worked - or maybe I missed a switch. The breakfast was very good with a wide variety of delicious items. Amazing location near subways and a short walk to Tokyo Station. Would stay...
