"The three-bedroom was a decent size. Unfortunately, it was on the top floor and the other guests I was with had trouble going up the stairs, but we will know for next time. However, the front desk staff were kind to offer us another option to a two-bedroom to accommodate our needs, but my other guests said it’s only for two nights. "We absolutely loved the expansive open plan upstairs area with fully equipped kitchen and comfy seating and generous dining table. The deck and scenic water views across Swan Bay just added to the feeling of spaciousness. The house is on a busy main road, but the traffic noise did not bother us at all. We felt that the open scenery more than made up for it. Would happily stay again. A very homely and well-located base from which to explore Phillip Island."

"Our stay was phenomenal. I highly recommend staying here and we have put this property on our main places to stay! The host was very prompt at responding, very polite, the house was very clean, spacious and overall relaxing. From rolling hills to the beautiful horses, this place had us wanting to extend our stay.
