"Great cabin with a toilet & showers mini kitchenette . Bed was comfy, a/c was cold , ceiling fan , bistro table & bar chairs , screened front porch, Ricki chairs . Cabin A-14 , short walk to their private peer , met alot of nice people during sunsets. Front desk staff was very nice . Laundry room was clean & can download an app to make machine use easy . Will be back again . "

"Was my first time using a property of this type. It took me a minute or two to figure out the access, but it was fairly obvious once I figured it out. The house was clean and in a great location to access the beach and a short run from other local features. They included almost every amenity you could imagine for a beach getaway."

"We enjoyed our stay. Easy access to the beach and all the necessities were provided. We grilled dinner 2 nights during our stay and had all the small appliances needed in the kitchen. We played corn hole in the evening and played cards at the picnic table. Other than a few dusty light fixtures and a couple dirty dishes, we were very pleased with our stay and will rent again! "

"We were blessed to be able to spend a week in Pensacola Beach. We chose this condo to stay due to it being close to the beach and being on the bay. We love to fish so this was a perfect spot for us. The condo was clean and ready for us ahead of our arrival time. Ms. Donna was an excellent host who even allowed us to add an extra day onto our trip last minute. (Since the weather was so beautiful and we had not had a vacation in 3 years we just didn’t want to leave.) The check in and out process...
