"There were only two things that needed addressing. Most of the outlets were sloppy plugs wouldn’t stay in. And 90% of the luggage carts had bad tires on them. Which both are simple fixes. Other than that awesome place. Will book next year. "

"Place was exactly as seen in the pictures and described in the listing - if not better. No issues with check in or during our stay, but the manager did email us during our stay and provided means to comminicate if needed. Overall, a great stay and we are thinking about coming back again next year."

"It was cozy little place... nice and quiet!!! Plenty of woods to explore... a nature trail to walk down! Everything was in good condition and very clean! The communication with the owner was easy and we got responses right away! If you want to have a nice quiet romantic weekend away... this place is perfect!"

"This place is amazing! The beds are super comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes, utensils, pots and pans, etc. There are 2 coffee makers. Pool towels are provided. The pool, outdoor decks, and hot tub were so much fun. The host is responsive. The couple responsible for maintenance and cleaning were amazing. I cannot recommend this house enough. "

"House set up and amenities were great. Instructions for check-in and use of electronics. Hot tub and better than expected view were fantastic. Proximity to both Pigeon Forge and downtown Gatlinburg made this an even better stay than we thought it would be. Recommend to all but especially for families with kids."
