"The cabin is clean with all the amenities you could ever want! A short walk to the heated shower house cometw with flush toilets and laundry. Quiet, sky full of stars, close to food and plenty of places.to walk. Its our 3rd stay here and we hope to come again!"

"This is a beautiful location on the lake - the view was amazing. It was nice for a family gathering around the fire pit. The host was very communicative before check in about the process, and throughout our stay and was friendly. There was a very distinct sulfur smell to the hot water that was very strong, but once we ran the shower for a while it lessened (with the window open). "

"Everything you could need and more. Very clean and comfortable with direct access to trails. Owner was fantastic, met us at property and able to provide sledding tips for area. Will definitely stay again."

"This is a great spot. It is quiet, the view is beautiful, and the cabin is cozy and clean.Communication with John was helpful and he responded to questions very quickly.The snacks that were there upon arrival was an extra much appreciated surprise!"

"A beautiful cottage set in a wooded camp on Portage Lake. We kayaked and canoed. Very rustic, but super comfortable. Washer/dryer was a bonus! Hiked up Hedgehog Mountain, drove on to Fort Kent. Grilled some fish and relaxed on the wonderful covered patio. "
