"This is a marvelous, unique cottage. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Will definitely book again.Just a few notes to be sure of before you book.1. The pathway could be difficult for any one with difficulty walking. The walkway is stone and is uneven in places. If you need a flat surface for walking the walkway maybe not work for you There are lots of great wagons to haul stuff down to the property.2. There are areas of the walkway that are not well lit. "My dog, Wizard, and I were looking for someplace to just get away from all the craziness. I am a 75-year-old-woman who has camped out many, many times. From now on I will be glamping and most likely at this location. The yurt is located in an area surrounded by trees. It is nicely set-up and has a bed that I wanted to take home, it was SO comfortable. There is a tented area for cooking with a very large grill.

"Chris was helpful when we had technical issues with the tv.We had a nice view of the river to enjoy. Chris helped us start a fire in the fireplace since we have never used one and there wasn’t any paper or kindling wood by the fireplace. Red Wing is a great place to visit to see fall colors and get apples. "
