"This was the perfect place for hosting a large group. It has lots of space so people in your party can have some down time. It is a rural setting so having a vehicle is a good idea. The host and the manager were very helpful with any questions or requests we had. "

"Very nice villa to relax in the countryside. The town of Fabro is only a 15 minute ride to restaurants, train station(free parking) and other shops. We found the villa to be very spacious and relaxing. One item to note, there was seven cats (at the time of our stay) living outside the doors of the property. We were told to feed, some bring some cat food."

"Beautiful villa of your dreams on a hillside near Cortona. Everything was exactly as described and the villa is very large. We had 4 couples each in the 4 master bedrooms which are huge and very nicely separated. Be aware the road up to the villa is very challenging! This is not walking distance or walkable to anything but within 10-15 minutes to Cortona. Not a problem for us at all. Very quiet, very beautiful, fantastic location to explore Tuscany and Umbria. "We had a wonderful 2 weeks at the villa: it was our base for a dream holiday. Rafaele was a perfect host; there was a slight problem with mosquitoes at the pool and he brought sprays and mosquito coils for us; when we arrived there were two bottles of wine waiting for us and later in the stay he brought us his own olive oil, not to mention the delicious tomatoes from his garden!The villa was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for 8 people. The pool was spotless and we used it every day....

"We had a great stay at this house. Enough room for everyone and the amenities were as described. It was a bit of a walk along a road to get to the main section of town but close enough to be reasonably convenient. The parking spot was very helpful. We visited in mid November and many of the businesses were closed for the season. "

"This was one of the highlights of our 3 week trip. The surroundings were beautiful and the hosts who only spoke Italian were absolutely lovely. We were about 15 minutes from Montepuciano in a quiet farm area. One night we had the hosts cook us an anniversary dinner for our friends which was so much fun. Highly recommended. "
