Elegant apartment with prestigious furnishings, managed by Belcanto Villas for tourist rental.
Located on the ground floor where it has a beautiful tiled garden, excellent for relaxation and outdoor dining.
It is located just 50 meters from the sea of ​​Viareggio and the pine forest where there are games for children, restaurants, tennis, baby golf, cycle rental.
50 meters away is the Liberty promenade and the Viareggio seafront with all services: bars, supermarket, shops, bus stop...
The location is truly perfect, in the most prestigious neighbourhood of the city, next to the best hotels.
It can accommodate 4 guests in 4 rooms plus bathroom and garden in perfect privacy. There is also the possibility of hosting a baby in a cot (free, on request) and a fifth guest in a folding bed (50 euros per stay, on request).

Our opinion: elegant and comfortable apartment, with perfect location: 50 meters from the sea, the pine forest and the famous Liberty promenade of Viareggio, the center of shopping and social life.
Suitable for groups of 4 people who love comfort, the sea and relaxation.
The garden has full privacy and the building is inhabited only by the owners.
All services are close by: forget the car and enjoy Viareggio.

The sea in Viareggio has a long beach of fine white sand, which invites you to take pleasant walks. On the beach, there are equipped bathing establishments with paid access and services of umbrellas, deckchairs, cabins, restaurants, swimming pools... On average, an umbrella with two deckchairs costs from €25-30 per day, but varies depending on the month. For nature lovers there is also a free beach, with free access and bathing: the most famous is the Lecciona beach.
Just 50 meters from your accommodation is the western pine forest: a huge and fresh green lung with bicycle rental, bars, restaurants, tennis and many games for children: baby golf, inflatables, table football, trampolines...
The Viareggio promenade (on the seafront) is only 50 meters away and is the center of shopping and social (and night) life. Piazza Mazzini, where there are free concerts and shows in summer, is about 500 meters away

A few km. to the south is Torre del Lago Puccini which overlooks Lake Massaciuccoli (an oasis where you can enjoy pleasant boat excursions), with its famous open-air theater named after Giacomo Puccini, and the house museum where the Maestro wrote some of his most famous works.
The Puccini Festival takes place in July and August: you can attend performances of Puccini's famous operas in the open-air theater on the lake.
For mountain lovers, a few km. there are the Apuan Alps, with paths, refuges and peaks (over 2,000 metres) from which to admire breathtaking views.

Què li ha agradat: Neteja, comoditats i estat de l’allotjament i instal·lacions
Ci siamo trovate molto bene, l'appartamento è adatto anche a bambini piccoli a parte pochissimi gradini interni ed è molto vicino al mare e ai negozi/farmacia e ristoranti che cmq rendono comodo e piacevole anche un brevissimo soggiorno come è stato il nostro. L'accoglienza è stata molto apprezzata e gli operatori sono stati molto gentili, puntuali e molto efficienti....sicuramente è un posto dove mi piacerebbe ritornare
