"It’s a very good located hotel with self check in. Unfortunately, despite it was indicated it’s non-smoking, our studio was extremely stinky. We reported it right away and were told that they would bring air-freshener next day (though I don’t know how it’s possible to get rid of the cigarette smell with an air freshener when the smell is sitting in the textile of curtains, sofa etc).
Nobody showed up the next day. So our complaint was not resolved.

"Die Unterkunft hat uns gut gefallen. Vor allem die Lage. Allgemein ist die Wohnung neu renoviert und gut ausgestattet.
Wir hätten uns gewünscht, dass der Boden gewischt wäre, damit die Socken und die Füße nicht gleich schmutzig wären."

"Overall, our stay was okay, but there are a few things we feel could be communicated more clearly in the listing. The space would be more accurately described as a studio rather than an apartment.
Access is also important to understand, particularly if arriving by car. The map location directs you to the exterior of the building complex, but the actual studio is located within an interior pedestrian-only area that cannot be reached by car.
