"The San Carlos is a funny place. It's not modernized, feels a little outdated, but is extremely comfortable. The room was a good size, with a window looking out over 50th Street.The Air conditioning worked well and could be adjusted which was good because the temperatures had risen to the mid 80s! The refrigerator was a good size, big enough to accommodate large bottles and leftovers from a restaurant. Everything worked as expected. The room, bathroom were very clean and well maintained....

"We had a good, comfortable stay at the Fitzpatrick Grand Central. The location is incredibly convenient, being right next to Grand Central Terminal. Compared to Times Square, the street was surprisingly quiet, and the area felt very safe.
Our room was comfy, though the interior felt a bit outdated for the price—we even noticed some old iron burns on the carpet. I expected slightly more value for the cost. However, the service was excellent. Alexis checked us in late and was incredibly flexible...
