"The perfect spot for our niece’s wedding weekend.The property is spacious and well appointed. Close to everything but still feels private. Comfortable beds and sitting areas. The pool was amazing and a great spot to relax between wedding events. We had 7 adults stay there was plenty of room for everyone. Dave is a great host. Questions were answered right away. Look forward to a return trip for the next Southampton wedding!"

The property was immaculate and perfectly located for everything from the beach to ferry, restaurants, Main Street and wineries. Plenty of parking on site. "Absolutely wonderful experience at this property! We visited from Manhattan with family and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The house was spotless and private, the pool was gorgeous, and the location was perfect — close enough to the towns when we wanted to explore, but peaceful when we wanted to relax.
