"Birdsnest was the getaway cabin we needed! It was clean, well arranged, comfortable bed, nice jacuzzi garden tub, trails to stroll through, swings, rocking chairs, and gorgeous trees in Fall splendor as well as precious night lighting. It was the perfect location to visit Saluda, Skytop Orchard, Flat Rock, Hendersonville, Bell Park, Flat Rock Park, and the Gorge for ziplining. We tried it all and didn't want to leave! Our only problem was the door knob and lock and it was fixed promptly the next...

"A simple and lovely cottage, clean on the interior and with an attractive, well tended yard. The host could not have been kinder or more welcoming. Our small dog came along and was right at home. Very convenient to the Carl Sandburg Home National Historic Site, the Flat Rock Playhouse, and Kanuga. Fireplace, television, and WiFI work great. Linens are provided. We hope to return soon. "
