"The house and landscaping were very neat and clean. Well stocked kitchen with a variety of snacks. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Could have used some grab bars in the showers. Very nice deck area. Nice neighborhood, but on a very busy road with lots of truck traffic. Convenient location to Sights and Sounds Theater and Strasburg Railroad."

"A Greeting Card Group spent 3 days visiting on the buggies and buds shop hop. With the large table & the ability to extend the boards, we were able to have enough room for the 9 of us to make cards when we were not shopping. We also enjoyed the great octagon island to hold our food and snacks, as well as, the ability to unwinding on the beautiful back deck and enjoyed the cows in the field behind us and the dogs on the property beside us. "Check in was great, the lockbox was very easy. Any questions I had, the host promptly answered me. The house was absolutely adorable and exceeded expectations. And I had no idea what a cute little town Phoenixville was! So many great shops, restaurants, and breweries.We mainly booked that place because it was so close to the Penhurst Asylum. It was a great living room to hang out in and watch horror movies for the October vibe. House was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed....
