"Ein gutes hotel in sehr guter Lage. Die Zimmer sind sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist gut und reichlich. Wenn auch die brotauswahl für jemand aus Deutschland etwas klein ist. Aber der warme Anteil ist gut. Es gibt auch frisches Obst und Gemüse sowie müslies und Säfte. "

"Taxi drop off was super simple. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was very good compare compared to many hotel breakfasts. Everything was a walk or a bus ride away. Perfect place. "

"Deluxe room was smallish. Bathroom small. AC system kept automatically cycling between cool and heat, necessitating waking up at 3am to change back to heat. Sofa bed was awful and will hurt your back. Plus was there is onsite washer and dryer, altho dryer required 6 lbs in coins, which the front desk may or may not have. Area was kinda dead at nite. Heard police sirens all nite long from my 3d floor room. "

"We had a deluxe room overlooking the street. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom functioned well but ideally would have been a little larger. My partner made use of the spa which she enjoyed and one evening we ate in the restaurant. Overall a very pleasant stay in an excellent location."

"Taj was doing construction and didn’t notify us until a week before our booking, leaving us with little option. The entire lobby was in construction. Dust everywhere near by. We couldn’t have friends meet us there and it wasn’t the experience we paid for. The managers evaded us the whole time regardless of numerous attempts to contact them. Not the level of service you’d expect from The Taj. I will say they eventually, after a lot of pursuit, gave us 10% off. Not worth the hassle. However, the...

"The staff are hostile, prejudice and mean. Thwy will not clean my trash, nor clean mu room. They do not have good breakfast. And asked me to use the water from the bathroom to prepare my tea. They claim I didn't pay for my stay before I got there, meanwhile i did already before i left the states. So, I had to pay $310 in cash when I got there in addition to what I already paid with my credit card. So, I will now have to call my credit card company to dispute it if my card got charged. "
