"The room was nice, and the staff were professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. There is a train station stop right outside of the hotel, and that is a big plus. The website states that there is a restaurant on the premises. I got there on a Monday. When I arrived from the airport, I was hungry. Unfortunately, the restaurant is closed on Monday. "I expected a lot more after paying $4,100 for 3 nights for a “2 bedroom suite” which turned out to just be two regular rooms next to each other. The beds were so uncomfortable and hard. The breakfast was listed as “made to order” but was just a buffet with an “eggs your way” station. But don’t bother ordering over easy eggs because they don’t have actual eggs. God only knows what that liquid egg concoction they use really is, but it’s not eggs, that’s for sure. They cleaned our room only once...
