"The room was beautiful and the layout was practical. very clean and well maintained property. everything you need to indulge in the full hawaiian experience is right outside your hotel doors. dining was amazing as well as breakfast and coffee at chee-hoo. pools a little crowded but the beach and ocean are where i spent most my time."

"The hotel lobby smelled like poop which air freshener was used to cover it up.
The hotel was full of high school graduating students running up and down the hallway, banging on each others doors, not allowing other guests to sleep. Complained to the front desk but nothing was done about it.
No towels for poolside were available.
Room was clean although outdated.
Staff was nice"

"Very nice stay.
As for beach or pool.....not enough chairs to really enjoy, and the chairs when you did get one were too close together you had to slid from the end to the top. Very Very uncomfortable & very hard to get into. It should be a chair with a small table next to it so you can step close onto the chair. Kind of ruined the atmosphere of enjoying the scenery & time at the pool.
As for beach, couldn't spend time on it like I wanted to because there was no where for me to sit. I...

"Very nice hotel at the heart of Waikiki. Theres a shopping mall in front of the hotel where you can go eat and do some shopping. My kids love the pool! I definitely will recommend this hotel to anyone"
