"We had the best location, everything that I had wanted. The rooms were very clean and just what we wanted. There was a problem with the sofa pull-out bed, though. When we unfolded it, it was sopping wet on the inside! And there were no bed linens for it. We called the check-in office and they brought over sheets and a blanket (but no pillow) and said they would figure out what to do. The next day they brought over a roll-away and that was just fine because the location was perfect!"
