1日に2度もハウスキーピングして頂き常にタオルやいろいろ気持ちよく過ごせました。

"Won't use this hotel again. The shuttle service worked well and the tenders in the bar were nice, that's the good points. Place is really run down and didn't feel comfortable. Our room was by the car park next to the monorail with announcements through the night with lots of noise. Had to switch off the air-conditioning as it was extremely noisy and couldn't leave the fan on without the light being on."

"Restaurant and café were also very good and a voucher towards the purchase was generous. The only thing was that the room was set to 65-68f and not changeable (thermostat control does not work). Even when I turned off the fan, I could feel cold air coming in. So it's perfect for people who like the room to be cool. But for me, it was VERY cold."

I had to put all items on the balcony for a couple of days to dry out. Also the bed in room 630 needs to be looked at - it slants to the right while sleeping."

Although a little older, the rooms were comfortable and clean. The only downside was the street noise. We were on the 19th floor and could easily hear the traffic from the street, if we were on the balcony, we could hear conversations from other balconies/the pool.

We would ask housekeeping to come back later but they would never come back.
