"On arrival first couldn’t find the room, room wasn’t clean by any means. Room had a great set up. Minimual dishes eg. One fork, one knife lots of spoons. Enough bowls and dishes and pots. "Well no was not happy with the service on arrival. Felt the staff were rude and not friendly.Our room had just been cleaned but yet we found some rubbish on the floor."

"Everything was great about the hotel very roomy big room thing was beautiful except the air conditioning did not work in our room very good. We called by three times for somebody to come fix it but still, he should’ve moved that to a bigger ocean view like the room we had with air-conditioning that worked! They only gave it $50 credit"

"The condo itself was wonderful. Comfortable bed and in a great location. However the balcony is not small. It is tiny! And because they are working on it, we had no access to it. We couldn’t even open the door to it. There were instructions to operate the TV and get live programs. That didn’t work. The only way to watch virtually anything was to sign in to your own apps. We also tried to mirror our phones with the TV. That didn’t work either. "
