Què no li ha agradat: Neteja, comoditats i estat de l’allotjament i instal·lacions
I have stayed here 5 times in the past and always loved the small boutique. I even recommended it to others, but this time it seemed like a low-budget motel. The bathroom was dirty, and there was sand in the shower on day 1. We complained, and then it was cleaned on day 2. After we came back from being out all day on Day 3, we came back and it looked like someone had been lying in our bed after it was made. I told the front desk and she said, "I was just lucky to be able to come to Hawaii because not everyone is as fortunate", and said she would let the boss know. The parking was difficult this time also because if you don't get there by 6 pm, they make you park in the condo parking lot next door. Just inconvenient and time wasted for all these things. I have always been able to park in their spots, but now they oversell spots and it's impossible to park with a line of cars in front of the parking spots. I tried but didn't want to scratch my car or anyone else's. Their answer to this was, "Oh, you don't know how to back into park?" I said yes I do, but I can't curve in if there is a car in front of me too.
There was no boss to talk to, but the lady in the morning returned our last two nights' parking, and we had to find parking elsewhere.
Needless to say, I'm very disappointed and won't be returning or suggesting this hotel anymore.
