"The cutest space ever! I actually feel that the pictures posted online didn’t do this place justice. Super clean, comfy and cozy. Cute outdoor lights light up outside of the property. Great area and super peaceful. Loved the place so much I ended up booking an extra night. The owner Dylan was super accommodating and helpful. I will Deff be staying here if I come back to the area. "

"We don’t have one bad thing to say about this property. It was perfect for what we needed during our excursion. It’s the cutest little apartment! We stayed for only one night but will definitely come back for further adventures in the area. The place was neat and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The apartment is centrally located near the antique stores we planned to visit and there were great options for restaurants in the area. I highly recommended this property. "

"Booked this property for a stay in the Reading area while visiting my parents. The house was comfortable and clean which we all appreciated. I did not have much communication with the host (not his fault; I didn’t reach out much), but when I did, he answered all of my questions and the check-in and check-out process was simple with a key lock box out front attached to the porch railing. "The apartment was very clean and everything thing we needed was provided. We enjoyed the fresh farm milk, farm eggs, homemade jelly, homemade bread and the beautiful fresh flower arrangement. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook a meal. Dorothy was very friendly and we enjoyed talking with her and her son and daughter. If we are in the area again we will definitely stay here. Also we will be recommending it to our friends and family. "

"Check in was great, the lockbox was very easy. Any questions I had, the host promptly answered me. The house was absolutely adorable and exceeded expectations. And I had no idea what a cute little town Phoenixville was! So many great shops, restaurants, and breweries.We mainly booked that place because it was so close to the Penhurst Asylum. It was a great living room to hang out in and watch horror movies for the October vibe. House was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed....

"We enjoyed staying at this location. It was exactly as listed and was extremely comfy for the three of us. Never had a problem finding parking and the neighborhood was nice. Close to quite a few restaurants and grocery stores. Dylan was a great host, he was available when needed and patiently answered all my questions. I would definitely stay here again. "

"The house is beautiful, newly renovated or newly built. The rooms are spacious. The views from the deck were spectacular!! The screen door was tricky to open but the owner was quick to come over to help us out. Although we went to shocktober fest which was 25 min away, I would definitely stay there again. "

"This place was immaculate! Not to mention, GORGEOUS!It had everything we could have possibly needed, including kitchen gadgets, to a fully charged speaker! We loved the swing, the fire pit, and the porch! Plenty of room in the coziest, prettiest cabin! Highly recommend this amazing place. The kind owner, Michelle, comes to meet you, as well.
