"Not a bot/AI, so trust me when I say this hotel absolutely exceeded my expectations in every way. For whatever reason, it was roughly 150$ cheaper than all other hotels near YVR for the night I stayed, so I was a touch nervous about what that might mean in terms of the quality of my stay. But my word, compared to those other airport hotels, this one truly is in a league of its own. Free (on-demand) shuttle: check. Lightning fast check-in: check. Clean, spacious and very “upscale-feeling”...

"The hotel is conveniently located off the 99 and near the Vancouver airport. You can drive into the city in 20 minutes or so. The rooms are nicely appointed and there is a restaurant that serves a tasty breakfast for a nominal fee. Overall it was a nice stay."

"The actual property and staff were great, we had a really good experience (and the included breakfast was an actual breakfast, not the more traditional "continental breakfasts" other places have done the 'ol bait-and-switch with)...the ONLY thing was that, depending on which side of the hotel your room is, part is next to a road that can be noisy, but some earplugs solve that issue."

"Great guest house with reasonable prices! The host is friendly and very quick to reach out to. Some house rules to follow, but they are pretty reasonable still. Would recommend anyone that would like to stay in Richmond area :)"

"Smithe House is at a great location in Yaletown, close to the bus stops and walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the area is very safe. The building is secure, and the room is well supplied with kitchen utensils, cookware, washer/dryer, etc. Really a home away from home. Very comfortable. The check-in was easy with advanced online identity verification. Definitely recommend."

"Allowed to check in to our rooms early. Scheduled and eteceived an early wake up call. The hotel booked 2 taxis to the airport for us. They arrive on time at 3:45am. Since this was before their shuttle service began at 4:20 am, the hotel covered our taxis to the airport."
