Parking spot includef, but beware that it is a considerable distance away near the top of a steep hill on Bishop St. Not a problem, just need to allow time for that. Kevin and Michelle have thought of everything and were excellent with communicating details for directions and check in/out times. "Our stay in our room overlooking St Ives beach and harbour for the one night in early August was great. Whilst no aircon the breeze from the open windows allowed for the room to cool down and be very comfortable. Whilst check-in was not available until 3.00pm we did arrive early and was able to leave our bags behind reception and was given a car park to leave the car, best £6 I’d spent, and a huge huge plus in busy St Ives.
