"Great location, excellent breakfast and very attentive hosts. Very disappointed by the size of the room - the Heligan is tiny - just enough room for the bed and very little wardrobe space - so had to keep my clothes in my case and it was a squeeze in and out of the bathroom - which has an opaque window - so if you dont mind seeing your partner on the loo then its ok. For a room described as 'deluxe' with a kingsize bed it was a let down, having travelled 300 miles to get there. Overall though...

"The Olive Branch is amazing. The hosts go out of their way to make your stay better than good. The breakfast was better than we have had anywhere. Our room was very comfortable and very clean - comfy bed and great shower. I can’t speak highly enough about it."

"Lovely Easter break! The 'Owl' room was ideal for the four of us, as has bunks for the kids & a fabulous super-king bed. Superb Breakfasts & Sunday roast served by hosts Dave, Jackie & their team. 5 min drive from St Ives, didn't cause us an issue. This is quite a remote spot so would need a car as not much within walking distance. Excellent base for touring the extreme 'Pointy end' "

Continental breakfast very good with varied choice. Extremely useful free local parking for a small car. Overall, very pleasant stay."
