"The accommodation was clean and tidy. Well maintained and had everything you could need. Fully equipped kitchen. Plenty of room in the bedrooms. The views from the living room and the double bedroom across to the sea were stunning. It's safe to say next time we go to St Ives we will definitely book this lovely accommodation 🙂"

"We had a lovely weekend at Samphire Studio. It's perfectly situated - tucked away close to the beach but no more than 5 mins to dining options. The studio is beautifully finished, quiet, comfortable, and immediately felt like home. The fresh eggs, bread, and milk waiting for us arrival were a lovely touch too! "Very impressive to find somewhere with 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The views are amazing and it’s only 1 mins walk down to Porthminster Beach & the Cafe. Just below the Harbour Hotel where you get a discount on their facilities. The access road is steep & the parking space is a bit tight; not recommended for Chelsea Tractors ! Great for a weekend break. Alan & Sandy Toes very helpful."

"We had an amazing week. Extra towels were provided at my request, due to not having room to pack any with a family of five. The apartment is lovely. Lots of living space. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge and kitchen, it was perfect for us. The steps back home from the town are not for the faint hearted, but it gets better every day with plenty of practice. Would stay here again."

"Debbie and Carl (the hosts) was excellent! Everything that’s advertised is true . The property has everything you need for your stay and was spotless. 1 minute walk to the beach but quite enough to be peaceful and 5 minute walk the the harbour where everything is . The bars and restaurants are great. Added bonus was the car parking space that’s available just around the corner at a additional cost but so worth it as st Ives is a busy place so you can imagine parking is at a premium . Wi-Fi...
