"We have stayed with this group before so we knew what to expect. The condo was very clean, the furniture (and bed) was comfortable. The kitchen had the few necessities we needed for our stay. The only issues we encountered were that the remote in the bedroom had dead batteries, and that there were not 2 bedside tables in the bedroom so we had to improvise by using our cooler. "The apartment was beautiful! It was clean and neat! Big windows to allow for sunlight. We made our own breakfast as because they supplied dinnerware, cookware, coffee maker and blender. A washer and dryer was in the apartment along with hangers, laundry baskets and laundry detergent."

"The rooms were as noted! Very clean and perfect location. Walk almost everywhere in the city and close to many venues. Was even able to go to the US North Carolina naval ship tour using a water taxi right down the road.Contacting the owner was a 10 out of 10 and very helpful. I recommend this facility to anyone wanting to visit the Wilmington area.Truly enjoyed. "

"Very clean house that suited our family’s needs. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to a beautiful beach. Our host & her concierge, Melissa, promptly answered any questions. Fully equipped kitchen although some cookware may need replacing soon. Everyone in our family commented how comfortably the beds were-a BIG factor in enjoying vacation time!!"

"The property was just fine. It could use a little love in some areas but it was comfortable. We were there for the Half Ironman and were able to cook for our athletes. It would have been nice if there had been an icemaker or ice trays. There was construction next door from 7 am to 7 pm but we survived. The back yard was unusable for that reason. "Our experience has been easy from booking to check out. The appliances in kitchen are spot on. Bedrooms separated for privacy and the back porch easily accessible. We were able to park one car in the garage which gave us enough parking for three cars although we only needed two spaces.
