"We had a great time.Beds were so comfortable. It was clean. Our teens were very entertained with all the outdoor fun stuff like corn hole, hot tub, a fire pit, canoe, ... The kids shot cans with bb guns til the morning hours. We had a blast. We were close to the State park so we went on hikes and saw bald eagles! Great trip."

"I just wish there was an available fishing pier near, the cabin was nice. It does get a little hot upstairs, but the kids had a blast. We had a blast. The downstairs stays cool we all enjoyed. The hot tub was our favorite part and the kids playing in the sand by the volleyball court, this was a wonderful getaway for the weekend for an early birthday and Father’s Day for my husband. The cabin was nice and clean.it was the overall amazing , the host was very accommodating!!!!"

"Our stay was awesome! It was just my husband and I, our 2 daughters, and our dogs. We all had a blast. House was just the right size for our small group. Lots of rafts and extra water amenities provided and all were really nice. We plan to rent it again when it’s cooler temperatures. It’s a nice little oasis."

"The cabin was great! The host left plenty of snacks, toiletries, and games. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils and cookware you could possibly need. (even has a crockpot and a cast iron). They even had pancake mix and syrup ready. The cabin was very clean and organized. There was a nice fire pit area for use by both cabins—we were sad we couldn’t use it because of the burn ban and the rain. I would definitely recommend this place! "

"Highly recommend! We loved our stay at "Decked Out" on the southern end of the Toledo Bend Reservoir. The cabin was beautifully decorated and so clean and comfortable. We got engaged on the huge deck overlooking the lake. We loved the kayaks and the pedal boat that allowed us to fish and sight see several times always to return home to cool off in the in deck tub. We will definitely be back. Thanks so much for sharing your wonderful home with us!"

"The house had everything you could need. The attention and thought to detail was very nice and often missing when we’ve stayed at other places. We especially liked all of the dog friendly aspects. The lake was easily accessible to our kayaks. We enjoyed roasting marshmallows on the fire pit, kayaking on the lake, and playing games. Very nice getaway!!"
