"The location was brilliant. There was good equipment in the kitchen and the sitting room was comfortable with a great tv. Others have mentioned the water is a bit temperamental but it didn’t affect our stay. I think it could benefit from a deep clean. It wasn’t dirty but needed a bit more care. "

"This is a very clean home that had what we needed during our holiday. Naveed was very easy to deal with and had great communication. It’s worth noting that this is a flat upstairs from a convenient store and mechanic shop. We were fine with it, but it does add a level of noise to being in the flat and/or having your windows open. "

"Clean room, tons of space, friendly staff, great location, no complaints at all.
Only area of improvement is the parking situation, both how limited it is (understandable due to the area) and the fact it is chargeable, outside of that an outstanding hotel which we will definitely visit again."

"Well I think as it was our 19th visit that speaks for itself. Fantastic as always, a perfect space to unwind and recharge your batteries. Lots of wildlife to see in the garden with all sorts of birds on the feeders and the special treat if you are lucky the deer family, lots of squirrels too. The Talbot Arms do great meals but you have to book early for a Sunday lunch. There is a gentle walk along the river down to Lyme Regis just a little harder coming back up but not as hard as the road way....

Property was spotless and had everything that we needed. Best self catering we have ever stayed in.
Being on the farm was a great location, so peaceful with lots to do in the surrounding areas. "

"We had a great stay, the accommodation was comfortable and clean, the hot tub was a great feature and so relaxing.
the grounds are quiet and we were visited by some chickens too!
Perfectly located for a break from every day life, just 5 minute drive to the town and half an hour to the beach.
