"Great location, comfortable room. On site amenities we found extremely convenient were the coin laundry, a luggage storage, some restaurants and a kombini at the main hotel (next to the annex).
Staff were also very helpful when we wanted to use a luggage transfer service.
It is a big hotel, but we did not experience any inconvenience."

"Fabulous stay. Highly recommend. I’m a very picky traveller when it comes to hotels - and this one blew me away. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Staff were incredible. The hotel and rooms brand new, spotless. The views from the room were stunning. Three metro stops within a min of the front door of the hotel yet a quiet neighborhood. The only downside was the gym. "Fantastic hotel. There are 2 stations close by but not easy to find and a lot of entrances. The hotel punched well above 3 star quality and was excellent. Breakfast was great and the staff there were always welcoming. Room was spotless and great bathroom too. All staff were extremely courteous. It was a pleasure to stay there. I booked 2 rooms and it was immaculate."

"We stayed at the other location in Shimokitazawa last time we visited, and although the Shinjuku location is nice it is definitely a step below. The onsen was very busy, and a lot of people who seemed less likely to follow the onsen "rules" (brining phones inside, not washing before entering pool, etc). The elevators are very slow, and I found the room layout not very functional (we've stayed in small rooms before, this one was small and felt like the choices prioritized "design" or looking good...

"I loved my stay on this particular hotel. Its very convenient,close proximity to Shinjuku but far enough from the busy streets. I love the free breakfast food but i would suggest to atleast change the food every other day instead of serving the same exact selection,but other than that it was amazing! I like the front desk staff are very welcoming and always greeting us."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the cleaning staff were punctual and courteous. They changed the towels and emptied the garbage daily. The front desk staff was also very courteous and accommodating. We forwarded some luggage to the hotel and both bags were waiting for us in our room. The washer and dryer worked well too, even though it took a while to do a load.
The only negatives is that the room is on smaller than we expected. No closet either – just some hangers on...
