"Excellent hotel. Highly recommend the breakfast buffet, which was a blend of eastern and western - totally worth it. Rooms were spacious, staff was gracious. Location is a big tougher as there isn't too much around, but if you're planning to do Disney and looking for a hotel that's reasonably close to the theme park for a couple of nights and not too far from the city (Tsujiki and Ginza were closest and easy to get to), this would be it."

"The hotel location was safe and walkable. I would recommend providing larger trash bags for guest. Only 1 mini trash can was found in the bathroom. I understand that Japan has policies on disposing trash/recycling. I think having a larger trash can maybe on each floor or in the lobby may have been more helpful. Overall, it was a nice stay!"

"One night only - the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The standard room… maybe because it was a corner room - had an a/c unit that kept the bed area somewhat cool - but the unit was noisy and maybe not completely effective. The entry area was much warmer and the bathroom stayed humid… not sure if the fan worked - or maybe I missed a switch. The breakfast was very good with a wide variety of delicious items. Amazing location near subways and a short walk to Tokyo Station. Would stay...
