"Spent 3 nights at The Knot Tokyo. Despite looking quite premium, the hotel feels like a 3* in terms of amenities and some elements of the room look very tired (e.g., bathroom). Rooms were incredibly cramped (not unusual for Tokyo), but the bathroom set-up is especially tiny and uncomfortable - more akin to a train / cruise ship bathroom!

"It is very convenient to the terminal and lots of restaurants variety. Hotel is efficient and staff was helpful if you need any. Hotel springs was another great option to relax for a few hours before the long flight. Will come back again if in Haneda. Thank you !!"

"Long, slow line at check in. The associate said I had lounge access and handed me a wooden lounge “key.” The outside part of the lounge around the Godzilla head was closed my entire stay. There is no door to the open part of the lounge which is basically a fenced off part of the lobby. I showed my “key” to the man at the lounge door who sat me. A waitress brought me a menu with drink prices 3-4X the many places around the hotel. I left and thought what a giant waste of money lounge access...

"There are so many things I can rave about when it comes to this hotel. The staff were so kind and made it so easy to do anything at this hotel. Breakfast was delicious and had a lot of options and everything was marked for allergens or food preferences. Everything was super clean and well maintained. It was a very comfortable place to stay. "We had a nice stay at Tokyu Stay Nishi Shinjuku Tokyo last month. The hotel is very clean and offered nice amenities such as in room washer/dryer and free beverages. The only downside was room was very small so it made it hard to manage larger luggage as well as getting in and out of bed. The hotel was also about a 10 minute walk from most transportation as well as the main sections of Shinjuku so it was a bit of trek everytime we wanted to go anywhere. "The free bottles of water, donuts, alcohol, coffee, pastries and cereal were much appreciated. Rooms are tiny but just enough. Loved the location as it is within walking distance of all that goes going on of Shinjuku. There is a waft of cedar as soon as you walk into the hotel. If you are sensitive then this may not be the place for you."

They also provided free shuttle to Disneyland which is a major service. Overall , this hotel provides plenty of services and beautiful inside /outside. Totally recommend
