Secluded Sedona Home Apt Near Town/Hiking

Coded Walk-in downstairs unit with natural light and your separate entrance from the other parts of the home. Large bathroom, adorable decor, set up as hotel style apt with small breakfast bar, fridge, sink in living room area and separate bedroom. (No kitchen/stove, but breakfast bar has a hot plate. Glasses, dishes, linens, utensils, etc provided). Shared access to outdoor gas fire pit, hammock and what we lovingly refer to as the “Jurassic Park” yard with 6ft blue agaves, pomegranate trees, sage, Iris, junipers, and the dry creek area behind (including javelina/deer/beautiful coyotes often trailing through the back areas peacefully), a sacred spiral, etc. You have your own separate porch area, as well, to watch them roam. The sun and moon rises over the Mogollon rim with a view from your patio chairs. Equipped with cups,plates, dishes, utensils, linens and some vacationing extras (puzzles, books, sun hats, hiking/Sedona mags, travel cups etc—the things many forget—plus restaurant discounts, local hiking info, etc.) It’s a private sanctuary in a quiet neighborhood—so we ask you to keep the quiet with us, as our neighbors are amazing. (Noise violations can’t be tolerated as we love our neighbors.)

Hiking, restaurants, shopping, groceries are within a few minutes (driving). A great location that avoids the uptown traffic.

We have two large friendly dogs who share the yard and are cleaned up after. Parking is near your unit at the rear of the home with enough space.

The unit is separated from the home with its own locked doors (both sides). We are quiet (with only the dog coming up the stairs behind from time to time etc). But it’s a shared home.

Please respect the wildlife while you make this your home away from home. They feel safe here but they don’t come up to the house-though they do walk through the back yard parts. please don’t leave food or garbage outside or it will train them to do so. (This is their territorial walkway and it’s fun to watch them :). There are few fences in the neighborhood for that reason.

Ps. Smoking/vape of ANY kind only on gravel area in back. Fines for butts/pickup/any smoking signs. No smoking in unit. Close door if smoking. Guest indemnifies host and assumes all liability / costs for damages. Dispose of waste in exterior cans only. Please respect our nature and it’s risks, as well as our home—no smoking in natural areas (gravel area only please—it’s large)
