"The property was as advertised: spacious and quiet. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware (even a rolling pin!). The refrigerator was clean and had plenty of room for groceries. I was able to wash clothes in the washer/dryer. I definitely want to stay at this place again when I next have leave available."

"Great property nestled just south of town. Approximately a 15min drive to downtown Flagstaff to.visit shops, breweries,etc. Stayed for 3 nights. Nice porch to lounge on and a nice escape from the Phoenix heat.Owners were responsive and accomidating. Would recommend 5/5. "

"I had called Red Awning and left an extensive complaint. The wand to open and close the blinds was missing. My husband had to use his hands to do that. There were no tissues anywhere in the cabin. There were no directions anywhere for the ceiling fan. We finally figured out there was a remote left on one of the night tables for it. "Well-appointed cabin for a weekend getaway. The bathroom soaking tub and comfortable beds were a hit. The neighborhood was quiet. Nice to have a Dollar General (some grocery) and She’ll station nearby. We enjoyed the evening on the deck while grilling. The kitchen had enough supplies of make a meal; including a Britta warer pitcher chilling in the fridge. We did not use the washer/dryer or heated bathroom floors. The hosts were very responsive and welcoming. Would book again! "

"Adorable, rustic tiny home. Loved the location and the charm of the place. My only complaint (and it’s hardly a complaint) is that my partner and I are both over 6 ft tall and the bed didn’t quite fit us, especially with the a frame overhang. Otherwise, everything was great. Very clean. "

"This stay was a first experience. We loved the coziness vibe and open floor plan. The Southwest decorative cabin feel was just right. We enjoyed the cozy patio space and grill. I was able to cook steaks for dinner and later relax to an evening drink while listening to jazz. The patio lighting was amazingly inviting and set the mood.
