"Beautiful location. We arrived at the cottage just before a major two day storm hit. The host Elodie, was so helpful in giving us a heads up, and helped us stay informed and prepared. It was the perfect location to ride out the storm. The ponies and animals were a huge source of entertainment, the cottage was cozy, and the vast mountain landscape was the perfect storm backdrop. We were more than content to stay inside, but when the sun came out we were able to take in more of the mountains and...

"My wife and I spent 3 nights at The Chocolate Box. We had the entire cottage, which included 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen , living room and a washing machine. It was an extremely peaceful and relaxing stay. It was so quiet as well. The location is perfect for day trips to Cork and Cobh, as well as the Ring of Kerry. Lidl was only a 10 minute drive away "

"we had a nice holiday, quality price ratio was reasonable. the cottage is very poorly maintained and not clean. the owner is super friendly. Internet is via prepaid card with limited use costs her €50… each time she tops up. she had to do this twice, she was not very happy with it."
