"Location is great if you want to explore most of manhattan. No sense of security issues. Main issue was how thin the walls were and the sheets. You can hear every syllable your neighbors say. Also the sheets are a tad bit thin especially if traveling in colder months. Good value for the location "

"This is for the traveler who wants to be walking distance to broadway/Times Square action. The room is small, clean, and very basic but very comfortable for a night’s sleep. Food and entertainment choices are plenty outside your door. Coffee and filtered water are available on the basement and 2nd level lounge. No elevator so not recommended for those with mobility issues."

"The hotel was ok. Elevators took a really long time. Early check in was verbally confirmed but at arrival, it wasn’t and we had to wait 3hours but at least the bar lobby waiting area was comfortable. We called housekeeping for extra pillows (4) and they kept delivering 1, for 2 nights in a row. Lots of miscommunications from calling housekeeping to the actual order that was sent. Location was great and convenient. Overall ok stay."

"Fresh water station on every floor, ice and washing facilities provided. Friendly staff and all amenities provided. The room was cleaned daily, bins emptied and bed made. Small kitchenette facilities available in room with microwave and fridge. Large television above the bed, showing signs of age but otherwise good. Communal area on floor 27 was delightful offering free coffee and sparkling water."

"The breakfast was nice. The main dish changed everyday.Room service by default is every day. Property was clean and organized. All the staff members we encountered were super friendly, greeting you everywhere you ran into them. The only thing that needs improvement is the elevators. They were slow and easy to break. When you stayed at floors higher than 15, it took close to 15 minutes to come down. Especially during morning rush hours, when one elevator is closed and the other stopped at...
