"Kristi’s trailer was exactly as described—cozy, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The central air was a lifesaver in the August heat, and the location couldn’t be better for a quick trip to the racetrack. We appreciated how close it was to all the conveniences of Knoxville. Kristi was friendly and very responsive to messages, which made our stay even easier."

"Came in to town for a tour of Drake University.We chose this place to stay because it was close and had 3 bedrooms and off street parking.We parked the car in the long driveway right up by the door so we could unload easy.Everyone had their own room and bed and the neighborhood was quiet and safe.Most homes on the street have recently been extensively renovated and are occupied by families. The hosts sent a message with access codes and info.Whole experience was easy and great.Thank you"

"We choose this property for a low key girls weekend and we were not disappointed! When we arrived at the property the host had turned on a couple lights and some music on in the home which was appreciated since it was dark outside. The house was very clean and the space was comfortable and gave plenty of room for us to spread out. The location on this property was perfect for us as it was right in the middle of everything we had planned to do. The kitchen had adequate items for us as we did...

"Everything was very clean which is extremely important to me ...this host pays attention to details, does little things that you wouldn't normally see when we walked in the first things I noticed was the beautifully decorated with Christmas decor fire place already lit up with tv playing peaceful music. The host had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. First place we have stayed that provided a fan. The property is so tranquil we are just disappointed we weren't able to enjoy it...
